The challenge was to design and airbrush a Guitar Heroes guitar plate with a completely open brief (well except for a plea not to make it 'Barbie!'). So knowing the player owns a Harley Davidson and an urge on Mark's part to meld marbelising and true blue flames the custom paint design below is the result.

During an extensive consultation with Mark I was shown examples of previous designs and commissions which Jo Taylor Custom had produced and undertaken.

With a range of skillful techniques and clever paints at their disposal I wasn’t sure what to have painted, but after Mark quizzing me for pass times and interests I gave him a free reign on the design, knowing only that it would be unique to me.

When I was presented with the finished item I was thoroughly overwhelmed by not only the Harley Davidson inspired design, but the quality of finish and quick turnaround, 3 weeks and all was done.

For a relatively small job Jo Taylor Custom gave me as much attention and quality of service as I would expect to receive if I were having my motorbike custom painted - the fact that I was having a 'toy' painted wasn't part of the equation - Mark carried out a very professional job
